Agreement to Terms

Services and Bookings

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings in the event of circumstances beyond our control.

Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service or any part thereof without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

Payment Terms

Payment is required to secure your booking. We accept various forms of payment as indicated on our site. Dispute Resolution

Any legal action of whatever nature brought by either you or us shall be commenced or prosecuted in the state and federal courts located in New South Wales, Australia, and the parties hereby consent to, and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens with respect to venue and jurisdiction in such courts.
