At Ghexoranphdrex, we understand that plans can change. This Return Policy outlines our policies regarding booking cancellations, modifications, refunds, and related matters for our party styling services. Please read this policy carefully before making a booking.
Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed by Ghexoranphdrex. A booking is considered confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us via email. Upon confirmation, a deposit or full payment may be required to secure your booking, depending on the package selected and the timing of your event.
Deposit Requirements
To secure your booking, we require a non-refundable deposit. The deposit amount varies depending on the package selected:
- Essential Package: 30% of total service cost
- Premium Package: 40% of total service cost
- Signature Package: 50% of total service cost
The deposit is payable at the time of booking and is non-refundable except as specifically outlined in this policy. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before your scheduled event date.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations by Client
We understand that circumstances may require you to cancel your booking. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
More Than 60 Days Before Event
If you cancel your booking more than 60 days before your scheduled event date, you will receive a refund of all payments made minus the deposit, which is non-refundable. The deposit will be retained to cover administrative costs and lost booking opportunities.
30 to 60 Days Before Event
If you cancel your booking between 30 and 60 days before your scheduled event date, you will receive a refund of 50% of the total amount paid, excluding the deposit. This reflects the costs we have incurred in preparing for your event and the reduced likelihood of rebooking the date.
15 to 29 Days Before Event
If you cancel your booking between 15 and 29 days before your scheduled event date, you will receive a refund of 25% of the total amount paid. At this stage, we have typically made significant preparations and purchases for your event, and the likelihood of rebooking is minimal.
Less Than 15 Days Before Event
If you cancel your booking less than 15 days before your scheduled event date, no refund will be provided. At this point, we have completed most preparations, purchased materials, and allocated resources specifically for your event.
Cancellations by Ghexoranphdrex
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to illness, emergency, or force majeure events, we will provide you with as much notice as possible. In such cases, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, or we will work with you to reschedule your event to a mutually agreeable date at no additional cost.
Modification Policy
Date Changes
We understand that event dates may need to change. If you need to modify your event date:
- Changes requested more than 30 days before the original event date can be accommodated subject to availability, with no additional fee.
- Changes requested 15 to 30 days before the original event date may be accommodated subject to availability, with a modification fee of $100.
- Changes requested less than 15 days before the original event date will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, subject to the cancellation policy outlined above.
Package Changes
You may upgrade your package at any time before the event by paying the difference in price. Downgrading to a lower-priced package is subject to the following conditions:
- Downgrades requested more than 30 days before the event will receive a credit for the difference, minus a 15% administrative fee.
- Downgrades requested less than 30 days before the event will not receive any credit for the difference in price.
Service Modifications
Minor modifications to your styling preferences, color schemes, or decorative elements can typically be accommodated up to 14 days before your event at no additional charge, subject to availability of materials and resources. Significant changes requested less than 14 days before your event may incur additional fees and are subject to our ability to source required materials.
Weather and Venue-Related Issues
Outdoor Events
For outdoor events, we recommend having a backup plan in case of inclement weather. If weather conditions make it unsafe or impractical to proceed with outdoor styling as planned, we will work with you to adapt the styling to an indoor or covered location if available. This does not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund, as we remain ready and able to provide our services.
Venue Access Issues
It is your responsibility to ensure that we have appropriate access to your venue at the agreed-upon time for setup. If we are unable to access the venue due to circumstances within your control, this will not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund. If additional time is required due to access delays, additional fees may apply.
Service Guarantee
We are committed to providing high-quality styling services. If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us immediately on the day of your event. We will make reasonable efforts to address any concerns and rectify any issues. However, refunds will not be provided for subjective dissatisfaction with styling choices that were approved during the consultation process.
Damaged or Missing Items
All decorative items and props provided by Ghexoranphdrex remain our property. You are responsible for ensuring that our items are not damaged, lost, or stolen during your event. Any damaged, lost, or stolen items will be charged at replacement cost. We will provide you with an inventory of items at setup and collection.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations under a booking where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond the reasonable control of that party. Such causes include, but are not limited to, power failure, internet service provider failure, industrial action, civil unrest, fire, flood, storms, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, acts of war, governmental action, pandemic, epidemic, or any other event that is beyond the control of the party in question.
In the event of force majeure, we will work with you to reschedule your event or provide a full refund of all amounts paid.
Refund Processing
All approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation date. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Disputes
If you have any concerns or disputes regarding cancellations, refunds, or any aspect of our service, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving any issues amicably and professionally. All disputes will be handled in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures outlined in our Terms of Use.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. The policy in effect at the time of your booking will apply to that booking.
